We had an Activity Night planned, and decided to get out and about if the weather was looking good! Thankfully it was, and after a few suggestions it was decided that we would head down to South Shields for the evening. Not many turned out, but for those that did, we were treated to some spectacular big waves and a fabulous sunset. The local sailing club were out in the bay, so that was an added bonus too. What a beautiful evening, the weather was great, if not a little cold, but we all agreed that we were glad we’d made the effort.
