Three of our members were asked if they would like to share some of their “unseen” work with other members tonight. This was to be made up of images that hadn’t been entered into any competitions, giving members an insight of what sort of photography they enjoy. First up was Lesley, with “My Love of Scotland”, she told us how she came to have such a love for it, and showed us some of her landscapes and nature images that were all taken in Scotland. Then next was Mandy who showed us some of her photos of her travels around the globe, we saw images from the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and Scandinavia too. Lots of fantastic images, landscapes, nature, street and portraiture were included. Then last but not least was Gordon, he showed us a bit of everything, from travelling to nature, street to sports and everything in between! I think we all got a good insight from looking at our 3 member’s work, and look out for more nights like this… we intend to learn a bit more about all of our members!
