In September we had a portrait night with singer Vicky Sandison as our model. She sings all different genres so brought outfits to match a few of them.
Just a ten minute walk from our usual meeting point at the West End Club lies Lands Wood. It’s an ancient woodland site consisting mainly of oak and birch alongside birch, beech, alder and rowan.
Our tenth outing of the season took us to the Mill Dam area of South Shields. It’s an area on the south bank of the Tyne, within sight of the cranes of the Tyne Dock to the east.
